A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the Department of Homeless Services and the Human Resources Administration to track and report certain data regarding rental assistance programs.

This bill would require that Department of Homeless Services and the Human Resources Administration track and report certain data regarding rental assistance programs, including outcomes of the Family Homelessness & Eviction Prevention Supplement (FHEPS) and any future rental assistance program created for New York City residents.
