A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of buildings to notify police precincts of complaints regarding illegal curb cuts

The proposed legislation would require the Department of Buildings, within two days of receiving a complaint regarding a curb cut for which the Commissioner of Buildings has not issued a permit, to forward such complaint to the appropriate police precinct.
