A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to extending J-51 benefits to owners of multiple dwellings for sustainable roofing zones
This bill would extend J-51 tax abatement and extension benefits to owners of multiple dwellings for the installation of sustainable roofing zones, as that term is defined in chapter 15 of the New York city building code.
