Elimination of permit and or filing fees for green building projects undertaken on one to four family homes.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to elimination of permit and or filing fees for green building projects undertaken on one to four family homes

This bill would create a new definition for green building project, defined as a building or renovation project on 1 to 4 family homes that would increase energy or water efficiency. The bill would also waive any building permit fees for a green building project.
