A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring that single-use liquid detergent packets sold in the city of New York be in child-resistant packaging
This bill would require that single-use liquid packets (used in washing machines or dishwashers) be sold in special packaging with warning labels, and that the packets themselves not resemble edible products or items commonly placed in a child’s mouth.
