Education and outreach regarding childhood lead poisoning prevention.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to education and outreach regarding childhood lead poisoning prevention
This bill would require DOHMH to establish and implement an education and outreach program to increase awareness of childhood lead poisoning prevention. The bill would also require the program to include linguistically and culturally competent education and outreach tailored to limited English proficient individuals and specific immigrant populations.
