A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an annual survey of lead-based paint hazards in certain facilities serving children

The proposed bill would extend current requirements for day care facilities operating in structures erected before January 1, 1978 to other facilities serving children under 6, including preschools, nursery schools, and schools when applicable.
