Requiring certain employers to provide lactation rooms.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring certain employers to provide lactation rooms

This bill would require employers covered by the Human Rights Law to provide lactation rooms, as well as refrigerators, in reasonable proximity to work areas for the purposes of expressing and storing breast milk.
