A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limiting the issuance of notices of violations to food service establishments during certain times

The proposed legislation would limit Department of Health and Mental Hygiene inspections of food service establishments to certain times. This would help limit disruptions of restaurant operations during particularly busy times of the day.
