Requiring the NYPD and the FDNY to notify NYCHA of injuries and fatalities occurring in public housing.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the police department and the fire department to notify the New York City Housing Authority of injuries and fatalities occurring in public housing

This bill would require the New York City Police Department and the New York City Fire Department to promptly notify the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) of any injury or fatality that occurs on property owned by NYCHA.
