A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting the locations of vacant properties to each council member

This bill would require a city agency, at the Mayor’s designation, to submit biennial report to each Council Member that catalogues the number and location of vacant, abandoned properties in each Council District.
