Expediting permits

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expediting permits

This legislation would require the Department of Buildings (DOB) to expedite work permits where additional permits are required by DOB to proceed with ongoing work, and would also require DOB to expedite amendments to permit applications.
