Requiring signage at cashless retail establishments.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring signage at cashless retail establishments
This bill requires retail establishments that do not accept payment in cash from customers to clearly post signage informing customers of their cashless policy at all customer entrances, or where there are no such entrances, in the area approaching or adjacent to the cashier or payment kiosk.
