A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to access to bathrooms in non-public areas of agency offices and buildings

This bill would permit the public to have access to certain bathrooms in non-public areas of agency offices and buildings when there is no usable public bathroom in a nearby customer service area.
