Operation of commuter vans.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the operation of commuter vans

This bill would provide that commuter van license holders must not allow such commuter van to be operated by a driver without a commuter van driver’s license. The bill also establishes penalties for commuter van license holders and commuter van services that allow their vehicles to be operated by unlicensed drivers.
