A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York and the New York city building code, in relation to clarifying the requirements for site safety training providers and persons required to obtain site safety training

This bill would expand the qualifications for site safety training providers and provide an updated definition of “competent person” to align with the Building Code. It would also amend existing reporting requirements regarding the number of site safety training providers.
