Rat Mitigation Package - Rat mitigation zones

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to rat mitigation zones

This bill would give allow for the designation of rat mitigation zones by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and mandate that a building with nine or more dwelling units located in a rat mitigation zone put material out for collection between the hours of 4am and 6am.
