A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to pesticide notification and reporting requirements for golf courses

The proposed bill would eliminate the exemption for golf courses from the requirements of Local Law 37/2005. LL 37 restricts the types of pesticides the City can apply on City-owned or leased property, and creates reporting and notification requirements for City agencies, contractors, or subcontractors applying pesticides on city-owned or leased property.
