A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expanding sexual harassment protections to all employees
The provisions of the New York City Human Rights Law generally apply to employers with four or more employees. This bill would amend the New York City Human Rights Law, with regard specifically to sexual harassment, to apply to all employers, regardless of the number of employees.
