A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a minimum curb height before planting new trees in front of residential properties
This bill would require the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation and Transportation to ensure that a curb meets a minimum height requirement prior to planting a new tree adjacent to that curb.
