A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the police department to report on interrogation procedures
This bill would require the Police Department to provide an annual report that includes the number of arrests for offenses the number of custodial interrogations, and the number of custodial interrogations that were recorded and were not recorded, for offenses that require video recording of interrogations pursuant to section 60.45 of the criminal procedure law.
