A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of education to provide district-level data regarding compliance rates for students’ individualized education programs

This bill would amend Local Law 27 of 2015 to require the Department of Education to disaggregate by school its report on individualized education program compliance rates and provide the number and percentage of students, by school, that are receiving the full services they are entitled to.
