Public notification regarding release of oil.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to public notification regarding release of oil

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection and the Office of Emergency Management to report regarding the release of oil. This bill is in response to a recent large local oil spill of which few local residents were aware.
