Providing notice of street resurfacing projects to utility companies.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing notice of street resurfacing projects to utility companies

The bill would require the Department of Transportation to provide written notice to utility companies thirty days in advance of street resurfacings in which pipes, mains, or conduits of the utility companies are laid.
