Labeling of temporary construction barriers and markers.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the labeling of temporary construction barriers and markers

This bill would require traffic cones, sandbags, barricades and other temporary barriers or markers that are intended to be left in the public right-of-way to be labeled with the owner’s name, address and telephone number.
