Arterial roadway towing.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to arterial roadway towing

This Local Law would require that the police department issue at least two towing licenses to businesses serving each arterial roadway, or segment thereof, such that the nearest licensed towing company would be permitted to clear disabled vehicles from such roadways.
