A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to motor vehicles parked on public streets without license plates or registration stickers

The bill would prohibit individuals and entities from parking, or allowing to be parked, any vehicle on public street or sidewalk without a license plate or registration sticker attached.
