A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the recovery of relocation expenses incurred by the department of housing preservation and development pursuant to a vacate order

This bill would establish that outstanding charges resulting from relocation expenses incurred by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development following the issuance of certain vacate orders constitute a tax lien on a property.
