Prior notification of tree planting abutting private residential property.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the prior notification of tree planting abutting private residential property

This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to provide advance notice to the owner of a private residential property before planting a tree in front of such property.
