A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to decreasing the Campaign Finance Board’s public funding matching funds rate during times of fiscal emergency

This bill would reduce the public dollars provided to candidates participating in the City’s public matching funds program for elections in any year in which the Office of Management and Budget projects a budget gap of $2 billion or more.
