Issuance of building permits for areas in which a certified rezoning application is pending.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the issuance of building permits for areas in which a certified rezoning application is pending

This bill would require that the Department of Buildings not issue building construction permits for areas in which pending rezoning applications have been certified by the City Planning Commission unless the construction complies with the zoning provided for in the certified application.
