A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of information related to polychlorinated biphenyls (pcbs).

This bill would require that it be an affirmative defense that a property was unoccupied at the time of a noise complaint in manufacturing districts to ensure fairness.
