Requiring the dept of education to implement a brief period of silent meditation in all schools on September 11th to commemorate those who perished as a result of the attack on the World Trade Center.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of education to implement a brief period of silent meditation in all schools on September 11th to commemorate those who perished as a result of the attack on the World Trade Center which occurred on September 11, 2001.

This bill would require the Department of Education to implement a brief period of silent meditation in all schools on September 11th to commemorate those who perished as a result of the attack on the World Trade Center.
