Outdoor Signs

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to outdoor signs

This bill would prohibit the placement of more than one ground or wall signs advertising availability of retail or commercial space for rent on each side of a vacant commercial or mixed-use building. Technical corrections were made to the section header and to the bill section number.
