Defensive driving courses for employees of the city of NY and employees of contractors of the city of NY.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to defensive driving courses for employees of the city of New York and employees of contractors of the city of New York

This bill would require employees of contractors of the City of New York who drive contractor vehicles as part of their duties, and employees of the City of New York who drive City-owned vehicles as part of their duties, to take a defensive driving course offered by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
