A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring optional HIV/AIDS tests when anyone is released from a department of juvenile justice facility or a corrections facility

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to offer juveniles released from a juvenile justice facility or a corrections facility, after serving more than six months, be given a free HIV/AIDS test.
