A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to required disclosures by persons making buyout offers
This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to report on median asking rents, disaggregated by community district and number of bedrooms. This bill would also require persons making buyout offers to make certain disclosures.
