Reducing city government emission of greenhouse gases by 40 percent by 2030.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reducing city government emission of greenhouse gases by 40 percent by 2020

The proposed legislation requires a 40 percent reduction in city government emissions by calendar year 2020, relative to such emissions for the base year for city government emissions.
