Require the PD to issue a quarterly report on the dept’s response to calls involving people in mental crisis to measure the efficacy of the dept’s Crisis Intervention Team training program.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York to require the police department to issue a quarterly report on the department’s response to calls involving people in mental crisis to measure the efficacy of the department’s Crisis Intervention Team training program.

This bill would require the New York City Police Department to report Crisis Intervention Team training program and study the training’s effectiveness.
