Hours of operation of certain parks.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the hours of operation of certain parks

This bill would require that parks under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks & Recreation located in commercial or manufacturing zones must be open to the public at all hours.
