A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring owners to notify tenants of unsafe conditions of exterior walls of buildings

This bill would require building owners who receive notice of an unsafe condition of an exterior wall of the building to notify the building’s occupants of the unsafe condition.
