Disclosure of lot line windows on residential property.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the disclosure of lot line windows on residential property

This bill would require that owners of residential properties that contain spaces with windows that abut a lot line provide notice to potential buyers or renters that such lot line windows exist and may have to be covered pursuant to building code requirements, if and when a new building in the adjacent lot is built to within a certain height of the lot line window.
