A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on asthma medication administration forms

The proposed bill would require the Department of Education (DOE) to report on the number of students who have submitted an “Asthma Medication Administration Form” to their schools and the number of times schools have had to use/consult such forms to address a student’s asthma symptoms.
