A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of education to post information regarding the process used in determining identified seat need

The proposed bill would require the Department of Education (DOE) to post online the process, data and criteria used by the department and the School Construction Authority (SCA) to calculate the number of seats needed to be built to meet future enrollment needs.
