A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of sufficient receptacles for the storage of solid waste and increasing certain fines

This bill would require that someone who manages or controls a building with one hundred units or more to provide a dumpster. Additionally, this bill would increase fines for depositing household garbage in public receptacles.
