Removal of snow and ice from bicycle paths and greenways.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the removal of snow and ice from bicycle paths and greenways

This bill would require that the commissioner of the office of emergency management include in the department’s annual snow preparedness and response report a list of bicycle paths and greenways and a plan for the removal of snow and ice from such bicycle paths and greenways.
