Requiring DOT to report on its PARK Smart program.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of transportation to report on its PARK Smart program
PARK Smart NYC was a program that was intended to free up parking spaces, increase public safety, and reduce congestion. DOT launched the initiative in October 2008, and added an additional pilot program in 2013. Since 2013 DOT has taken no action. This bill requires DOT to report its timeline and progress on this program.
