Curb Cuts

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York and the New York city building code, in relation to curb cuts

This bill would require the city to more strictly enforce restrictions on curb cuts and the use of driveways where vehicular use of such driveway is dangerous to the public or where the curb cut is inconsistent with the requirements of the zoning resolution to promote public safety and transparency.
