Provision of telephone services to individuals in custody in city correctional facilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of telephone services to individuals in custody in city correctional facilities

This bill would require the city to provide free domestic telephone service to individuals within the custody of the department of corrections, and prevent the city from collecting any revenue for providing telephone service.
