Limiting the duration of street resurfacing projects.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limiting the duration of street resurfacing projects.

This bill would require that the paving of street resurfacing projects be completed within two weeks of the completion of milling. The time period could be extended to account for delays caused by weather.
